Kai A. Konrad is Director at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law and continues at the WZB as Research Professor and head of the project "The Future of Fiscal Federalism". Between 2001 and 2009, he was Director of the research unit "Market Processes and Governance".
