| Annotation: | Sparta's Journal covers a broad range of topics related to ancient and contemporary Sparta and Messenia, including historical, archaeological and socio - political issues. The journal's main aim is to provide a forum for informed discussions on Sparta's culture. It intends to present original research by both established scholars and students. Sparta's Journal is a free, full-text electronic journal and it appears four times per year: October, January, April, and July. The journal welcomes articles from academics, graduate students and independent scholars. Submissions are peer-reviewed by specialists in the related topic as well as by the Editorial Board.
