| The Research Professorship in Historical Social Sciences addressed theoretical and methodological problems, engaging in research projects and discussions at the interface between history and social sciences such as sociology, political science, and economics. It sought to clarify the relationship between history and the social sciences and explores forms and opportunities for cooperation and its limits.
