Gemeinsamer Verbundkatalog mit Online Contents
Research area: Linguistics and Literature Science, Educational Research, History, Geography, Art, Mathematics / Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Sociology, Economics, Natural Sciences / Technology, General / Interdisciplinary, Psychology The joint union catalogue (GVK) is the freely accessible section of the union database K10plus of the GBV and the SWB. The OLC are also accessible via this database. The OLC contain more than 48.8 million articles from more than 27,900 journals. Since its publication in 1993, this database has included tables of contents of journals of all disciplines with a special focus on the natural sciences. It is supplemented weekly with articles from more than 8,700 journals of different libraries. The Joint Union Catalogue (GVK) contains over 72.6 million titles with more than 183.0 million proofs of ownership of books, journals, articles, congress reports, microforms, electronic documents, data carriers, music, maps, etc. from approx. 1,110 GBV and SWB libraries. In addition, the journal references of all subito delivery libraries from Germany and Austria as well as other German university libraries are included. -
