This collection contains about 60 books by German-speaking citizens who emigrated to the United States in the 19th century.

The site gives access to about 250 journals, which cover a broad spectrum of subjects in the humanities and the natural sciences. Most of the titles from the area of science, technology, and medicine (STM) date from 1998 onward. All backfiles are available for most of the titles in the humanities (H). All the journals have a one-year period between their latest issue available in JSTOR and their most recently published issue.

DigiZeitschriften is a research service which offers an electronic archive of core German journals of scientific importance. These are mainly journals with a long-established tradition in their field. All magazines are available in full-text from their first year up to a so-called ?moving wall? (about 3-5 years before the current year, depending on the publication).

The digitized collection of the work of the Dutch physician and feminist Aletta H. Jacobs is the world's largest full-text database on the history of women and of feminism. It consists of books, periodicals and pamphlets, reflecting the development of feminist consciousness and the women's rights movement. Covering four centuries it is much more far-reaching than the existing national licenses. The collection contains approximately 2 million pages of publications from Europe, North America and New Zealand in 15 different languages. wo segments are included: Periodical Series (256 journals, with 471,875 articles, over 95,000 of them in German) Monograph Language Series (4,291 monographs and pamphlets): 2,336 English songs, 929 German songs, 734 French titles, 472 titles in 12 other languages (E-book collection)

The offer includes the e-books, monographs and anthologies of the years 2017 - 2018 contained in the Nomos eLibrary (will be successively extended by a Moving-Wall regulation with an embargo of one year) from the following fields: Political science, economics, media and communication science, history, sociology, European politics, philosophy, social work / social economy, law basics, civil law, labour and social law, European law, international law, international law, public law, criminal law.

The database focuses on the history of displaced persons (DP) in Europe. About 3,000 documents are offered as image files and made available by means of full-text search. The data come mainly from the Vienna Library in London and from the National Archives of the United Kingdom. It draws on material from the General Correspondence of the Foreign Office, the Control Office for Germany and Austria, and the Control Commission for Germany. The scholarship in this project is supervised by Dan Stone (Royal Holloway College, University of London), who composed the introductory essay.

This digital collection contains handwritten notes and rare printed material from the Wiener Library in London, the oldest Holocaust museum in the world, founded by Alfred Wiener (1885-1964). It offers access to personal testimony of life in national socialism, which gives insights into the internal politics of National Socialist Germany, the Jewish life in Germany from 1933 to post-war period, life in concentration camps, in underground and in exile. All sources can be searched in the full text. The majority of the documents are in German.

This collection contains 34 titles (mostly as first editions) in German language by 5 authors with a total of 13,000 full text pages. These titles were written by psychologists and psychoanalysts who are considered to be the forerunners of Austrian psychology.
