Dr. Nicolas Morgenroth

Nicolas Morgenroth was a scholarship holder at the doctoral college "Good Work" from 2017 to 2020. He researched the connection between flexible employment, precariousness and income inequality. In October 2020 he successfully defended his doctoral thesis with the title "For whom is non-standard employment precarious? Heterogeneous effects of temporary and part-time employment on individual precarity risks and wage inequality in Germany."
