Research fields
Tanja Herklotz is a postdoctoral researcher in the research group “Law and Governance in the Context of Social Inequalities”. Her research focuses on (comparative) constitutional law, social welfare law and socio-legal studies. She has worked comparatively on issues such as law and gender and law and social movements. Her current research project is concerned with how legal systems around the world engage with socio-economic inequality. Along with other researchers in the research group she also works on a project concerning German education law and the law related to child and youth politics.
