Law and Governance in the Context of Social Inequalities

Lisa Hahn is a Ph.D. Candidate at Humboldt University Berlin. Her socio-legal dissertation explores how strategic human rights litigation shapes access to justice before constitutional and administrative courts. The thematic focus lies on migration and surveillance. Further, she is interested in anti-discrimination law, alternative dispute resolution and socio-legal research methods. At WZB, she is a research assistant in the project "Access to Justice in Berlin".
