Season's Greetings 2022

Foto Jahresendkarte

We bid farewell to the year at the WZB with a musical greeting. Together we made music and dreamed ourselves into a world free of worries. We sang and played the song "Einmal möcht' ich keine Sorgen haben" by the Russian-British composer Mischa Spoliansky (1898-1985). The piece was written in the 1920s; a hundred years later it is more relevant than ever.

Our best wishes for 2023 go out to all who are close to us, especially to the young generation.

We thank the Komische Oper Berlin for bringing us in contact with Mirka Wagner and Xin Tan as well as for the loan of the props.

We would like to thank the Friends of the WZB and the Berliner Sparkasse for their generous support of the production.
