Daphné Richemond-Barak: "The Informal Law of War"

Dr. Daphné Richemond-Barak received her Ph.D. at Tel Aviv University, serves at Radzyner School of Law and Lauder School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. She heads the International Law Desk of the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT).
