Ardita Muja

Ardita Muja is a visiting researcher at the WZB in the Department Skill Formation and Labor Markets until the end of July. She is a PhD candidate at the Deparment of Sociology at the Radboud University in Nijmegen (the Netherlands). Her PhD research focuses on the extent to which the vocational orientation measured at the micro-, meso-, and macro level (i.e. individuals, educational programs, and educational- and labor market systems) affects the school-to-work transition among graduates from Vocational Education and Training (VET).
