Maria A. Davia is a lecturer in Applied Economics in Universidad de Castilla–La Mancha, Spain. In August/September 2013 was her last stay as a guest of the Research Department "Skill Formation and Labor Market". Broadly speaking, she is a labour economist focused on micro-data analysis studying Spain and other EU-countries labour markets. She has worked extensively on youth labour markets, but her research interests also deal with youth poverty, decisions within the education system and youth demographic transitions, among others.
