Roland Hodler is Professor of Economics at the University of St. Gallen and Research Fellow at CEPR, CESifo and OxCarre. His main research areas are development and political economics. His interests include the economic, political and social effects of ethnic divisions, natural resources and foreign aid. He was visiting the Institutions and Political Inequality unit from April 30 to June 1, 2018.
