Lebenslauf
Simon Teune was a research fellow at the WZB with the project group ‘Civil Society, Citizenship, and Political Mobilization in Europe’ (2005–2007), with a Hans Böckler Foundation doctoral scholarship (2009–2013), and at the unit Global Governance (2014–2015). He received his PhD from Free University Berlin in 2013 with his dissertation titled ‘Corridors of Action. Protest Rationalities and the Channeling of Anti-Summit Repertoires’. He was scientific and administrative coordinator for the Initiative for Institute for Protest and Movement Research at the WZB and Technical University of Berlin. Since 2014, he is post-doctoral fellow at the Centre for Technology and Society at the Technical University Berlin, where he is since 2015 also a coordinator of the area Social Movements, Technic, Conflicts.
